New Owner familiarization
Want to learn about your new RV? Not sure how to set up or break-down? Instructional classes for the family, I will show up and walk you through your new RV.
Rates for service:
Standard service call charge is $75 for inside of a hour from my location. Outside of that I will split the travel time with you to your location. You pay to get me there, and I will pay to get me home. Service call fees are a one time per issue service call fee. Meaning if I don't get it fixed in the first trip due to parts or it is a bigger job, you don't pay that cost twice. (excludes extended service calls)
Standard hourly rate is $150 with a one hour minimum for every call. I do not pro rate my hours to the minutes, I am very respectful of your time and mine. If you need help with something a don't charge to call and have a conversation about something going on, however please be respectful to my time as well. I am happy to help out but, if it isn't something that I can walk through over the phone with you, I may request to come and see it if you would like to have it fixed.
Emergency After Hour Services and Sunday rates:
$200 for the service call, and $150 an hour that starts from at time of travel to your location. 2 hour minimum for Emergency after hour services. Just call and we will get through the problem. Sundays are $300 service call fees, this is my family day and my day off, if it is something that you absolutely need, I will come but this is my rate to miss out on my family time.
